By purchasing our services, digital products, bundles, or using our website thehustlelabofficial.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read this carefully. These terms protect both you and THL to ensure a clear, professional, and smooth working relationship.
1. Overview
The Hustle Lab provides:
• Digital products (eBooks, templates, guides, digital downloads)
• Paid services (business plan writing, website setup, AI video creation, branding assets, consultations)
• Bundled packages combining multiple services
• Content creation or design deliverables
These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website, consultations, or custom inquiries.
2. Payments & Billing
2.1 Digital Products (eBooks, templates, downloads)
• Full payment is required at checkout.
• Digital products are delivered instantly via email or account dashboard.
• No refunds once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
2.2 Service-Based Deliverables
For custom services (business plans, AI videos, websites, bundles):
50/50 Payment Rule
• 50% deposit is required to start the work.
• Remaining 50% is due upon completion, before final files are delivered.
• Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
Late or incomplete payments
• If the client delays final payment for more than 14 days, THL may:
• Pause the project
• Charge a late fee (RM25/week)
• Cancel the project entirely (deposit is non-refundable)
2.3 Currency
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Digital Products
Because digital files cannot be returned, all digital download purchases are final.
No refunds will be given for:
• Accidental purchase
• Change of mind
• Not reading the product description
• Claims of “I didn’t find it useful” (subjective outcome)
3.2 Services
Refund eligibility for service-based work:
Refund BEFORE work begins
• If you request a cancellation before we start working, you may receive a refund minus 10% processing fee.
Refund AFTER work begins
Once any portion of work has started:
• The 50% deposit becomes non-refundable
(because time, research, and preparation work has been invested)
Refund AFTER delivery of the final draft
No refund will be given once:
• The first draft has been sent
• Files have been delivered
• Website has been published
• AI video has been rendered or exported
3.3 Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within:
• 72 hours after purchase for services (only if work has NOT yet begun)
• 24 hours for duplicate accidental payment
4. Revisions Policy
Each service includes a specific number of revisions:
• Business Plan: up to 2 revisions
• Website Setup: 1 revision round
• AI Video Creation: up to 2 small adjustments (minor tweaks only)
• Bundles follow the revision limits of each included service
Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur extra charges depending on scope.
5. Project Timelines & Client Responsibilities
5.1 Delivery Timeline
We will provide an estimated timeline based on:
• Project type
• Client responsiveness
• Complexity of work
Delays in sending required materials (copy, photos, brand info, product details) will extend the timeline.
5.2 Client Responsibilities
The client must provide:
• Accurate information and materials
• Clear instructions and references
• Responses within 48–72 hours to avoid delays
If the client is unresponsive for:
• 14 days → project automatically paused
• 30 days → project closed and deposit forfeited
6. Scope of Work
Your purchase includes only what is stated in the selected package.
Any additional requests such as:
• Extra pages for website
• Additional AI videos
• New branding assets
• Extra revisions
• Backend system setup
• Additional research for business plans
• Site maintenance or updates after delivery
…will be charged separately.
7. Digital Product License
When you purchase digital products from THL:
You receive a personal-use license only.
Not allowed:
• Reselling
• Sharing files
• Redistributing
• Uploading on marketplace platforms
• Claiming content as your own
THL retains ownership and intellectual property rights to all digital products.
8. Service Output Disclaimer
THL does not guarantee:
• A specific income outcome
• Viral results from videos
• Exact sales growth
• Investment approval
• Business success
Our work provides strategy, tools, design, and guidance — results depend on your own implementation and market conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
THL is not responsible for:
• Loss of income
• Business performance
• Website downtime after handover
• Errors caused by third-party plugins
• Social media account issues
• Client misconfigurations
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.
10. Cancellations & Termination
THL reserves the right to cancel a project if:
• The client is abusive, unresponsive, or violates terms
• The instructions contradict the agreed scope
• The client tries to obtain final deliverables without completing payment
In such cases:
• No refunds will be issued
• THL may block future service purchases
11. Changes to Terms
THL may update these Terms at any time for clarity or compliance.
